1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, ordering pure Oud products, reserving managed Agarwood tree packages, or booking plantation visits with Natures Treasure, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Agarwood Tree Management & Inoculation Services

Natures Treasure provides professional, sustainable Agarwood plantation management utilizing eco-friendly Thailand Inoculation Technology.

• Custodianship & Care: Our team provides organic soil enrichment, pest monitoring, pruning, security, and scientific fungal inoculation for the duration of the agreed growth cycle.
• Certificates of Allocation: Clients who purchase tree packages receive authentic allocation certificates identifying tree numbers and plantation lot locations.
• Biological Growth & Nature Disclaimer: While we employ industry-leading inoculation science and best agronomic practices, tree development and resin yields are subject to biological and climatic variations. Projections generated on the website calculator are illustrative benchmarks.

3. Pure Oud Boutique & Product Purchases

• Purity Guarantee: We guarantee that all artisanal Oud oils, wood chips, and incense sold through Natures Treasure are 100% pure, natural, and free from synthetic adulterants or parabens.
• Pricing & Payment: Prices for boutique items and tree packages are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or United States Dollars (USD) where indicated, and are subject to change without prior notice prior to order confirmation.
• Dispatch & Delivery: Physical boutique orders are packed in secure collector-grade packaging and dispatched via registered courier services.

4. Plantation Visits & Verification

Investors and clients have the right to book verified guided visits to our Sri Lankan plantation grounds to inspect their allocated trees and observe the inoculation and distillation facilities. Visits must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance via our contact desk.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, photography, editorial journey graphics, SVG designs, and written content on this website are the intellectual property of Natures Treasure and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Natures Treasure and its technical partners shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from natural disasters (acts of God), extreme meteorological events, or regional regulatory changes outside our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Sri Lankan courts.
